What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with marketing and events teams to define the creative vision for all company activations
- Design and oversee the production of all event-related assets, including signage and presentations
- Take full ownership of the creative direction for the flagship user conference
- Source and collaborate with external vendors to ensure high brand standards are met
- Travel to event sites to oversee the installation and application of branding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8–10 years of creative leadership experience in an agency or in-house environment
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing creative teams
- Deep understanding of live-environment logistics and visual merchandising
- Comfort presenting complex creative concepts to senior stakeholders
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful event execution across various scales
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with new event technologies such as AR/VR and interactive displays
- A history of successfully directing large-scale cross-functional teams
