  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Translate strategy into creative direction, leading the concept and development of key projects from idea through delivery
  - Provide art direction, feedback, and hands-on creative leadership to elevate work across the team
  - Drive brand and design consistency across print and digital, acting as a steward of visual standards
  - Support campaign development, concepting omni-channel creative and guiding projects from concept to completion
  - Lead the team’s digital-first approach, ensuring work is modern, effective, and scalable
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  - 8+ years of experience in a design role
  - 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally professional services marketing
  - Proven ability to use tools and technology to improve creative processes, scale output, and enhance quality
  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to stakeholders
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Advanced design skills across print, digital, and web, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with Figma, WordPress, or other design tools
  - Hands-on experience managing multiple projects from concept to completion
  - Skilled at implementing processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and creative output
  - Comfortable integrating new technologies and platforms to enhance creative work and team capabilities
