What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by owning each call from start to finish
- Build rapport with diverse callers to accurately assess situations and offer solutions
- Focus on quality and first-call resolution while minimizing processing time
- Participate in structured training and ongoing coaching to enhance skills
- Engage in various stretch opportunities across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education preferred
- Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support to resolution
- Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment
- Must successfully complete FINRA Series 6 exams within 90 days of hire for Annuities product
- Ability to work full-time hours post-training, with specific schedule requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Annuity experience is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in customer service within the financial services sector
