What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a customer-focused liaison, providing domestic customer service in line with business needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve disputes using various tracking systems
- Process sales orders, credit/debit memos, and manage samples/rebates
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including demand planners, supply chain, and external customers to meet quality standards
- Engage actively in supporting corporate compliance processes related to customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated proficiency as a Customer Service Representative, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of SAP experience
- College degree
- Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills with multiple functional groups
- Intermediate to high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with testing required
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous knowledge of the Sales to Cash (STC) and Requisition to Pay (RTP) processes
- Experience with Salesforce.com and SharePoint
- Strong multitasking and project management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced team environment
