What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry and order status verification
- Maintain accurate record-keeping in accordance with employer specifications
- Understand and explain detailed processes and procedures to customers
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and assist in additional team projects as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to provide best-in-class customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree
- Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Familiarity with Salesforce, PowerBI, and/or Genesys
