      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide consultative onboarding to customers, ensuring engagement and understanding of employer products
      - Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute tailored customer success plans aligned with business objectives
      - Maintain and build relationships with customers, ensuring solutions meet their needs and are optimally utilized
      - Gather insights from customers to inform product development and communicate needs to product teams
      - Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and resources to help customers fully leverage employer solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Experience in the information industry, with familiarity in research, media monitoring, or due diligence use cases, preferably in a customer success, sales, or consulting role
      - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
      - Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
      - Solid communication, consultative, and relationship-building skills
