      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Function as a full-time academic administrator and collaborate with academic staff and faculty
      - Maintain the quality and integrity of the program curriculum
      - Engage in faculty recruitment, orientation, development, mentoring, and evaluation
      - Provide leadership for continuous program improvement initiatives
      - Ensure program compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - DNP or PhD in Nursing, Education, or a related field with a master's in nursing from an accredited institution
      - Active unrestricted APRN license and ability to obtain Minnesota RN and APRN license within 60 days of hire
      - National certification in one of the five NP specialties offered at the employer
      - Two to three years of full-time clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner
      - Experience in NP curriculum development and nursing accreditation processes

      - Distance learning/online experience
      - Experience leading student retention efforts
      - Commitment to advocating for the learning and development needs of adult learners
      - Significant record of intellectual and professional contributions to the field of nursing
      - Experience in faculty/staff development, supervision, evaluation, and assessment
