What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of faculty while ensuring appropriate teaching credentials
- Conduct faculty evaluations and monitor instructional performance and compliance with university policies
- Lead program reviews and accreditation self-studies to ensure curriculum integrity and student outcomes
- Coordinate Program Advisory Councils and foster relationships for internships and curricular relevance
- Address student grievances and facilitate effective job placement and career awareness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in the field/teaching area required; earned doctorate preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in curriculum development or program oversight
- At least 3 years of successful post-secondary teaching experience
- Strong strategic leadership and management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Deep knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development

- Industry certifications relevant to the field
