What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain relationships with farmers to review policies, procedures, and claim adjustments
- Adapt to changing priorities and scheduling conflicts in a dynamic work environment
- Serve customers within the agricultural community, addressing their needs and concerns
- Complete targeted online coursework and relevant work rotations throughout the program
- Participate in the Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) for hands-on experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be enrolled and validated as college-ready by Northeast Iowa Community College
- Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel within the designated territory
- Ability to walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles and lift 25 lbs to 50 lbs
- Capability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Valid U.S. Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- 1 or more years of work experience and/or leadership role in student activities or significant voluntary community service
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with impact
- Intermediate computer skills, especially in Excel
- Ability to collaborate and work successfully in a team environment
