      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Deputy Clerk with case processing and maintenance
      - Review initial court filings and manage case proceedings in an automated system
      - Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and court rules, addressing deficiencies as needed
      - Respond to inquiries regarding case-related issues and assist with appellate procedures
      - Provide backup support to Deputy Clerks, Publications Clerk, and other staff members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated office support experience with significant record-keeping duties, word processing, and data entry
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage simple financial duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality
      - Experience in public contact and discreet handling of confidential information
      - Must pass a criminal background check prior to employment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of legal terminology and formatting for legal citations
      - Familiarity with court practices and appellate procedures
      - Associate's degree or paralegal degree/certificate
