What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a focus on awareness and engagement
- Develop and maintain a consistent social media strategy and manage the social content calendar
- Support earned media efforts by researching relevant reporters and maintaining contact lists
- Help manage marketing-related partnerships and coordinate deliverables with external partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and leadership teams on awareness-driven initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with paid digital advertising, social media, media outreach, and/or partnerships
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Data-informed mindset with interest in measuring awareness and engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting earned media outreach or placements
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads
- Experience managing or supporting partnerships or co-marketing initiatives
- B2B marketing experience, especially in data-, technology-, or analytics-driven environments
