      For the expansion of our Business Information Systems (BIS) team, argenx is looking for a US Market Access Lead

      The Market Access Lead will be a key member of the BIS Commercial and Medical affairs team and will act as the Digital, Process and Technology partner for the US Market Access Team.

      ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Work closely with the US Market Access team to understand their business needs, challenges and opportunities
      • Perform business analysis, gather, develop, and craft clear business requirements on behalf of the US Market Access team
      • Recommend, develop and oversee implementation of solutions for identified business needs challenges and opportunities
      • Define broader technology strategy and develop roadmap based on understanding of the market access business needs, existing technology at argenx and industry standards.
      • Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the solutions implemented and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
      • Ensure the quality, security and compliance of solutions and data used by the team
      • Ensure high level support and maintenance of the applications used by US Market Access team, in collaboration with operations team
      • Manage vendor contracts and budgets for delivery and support of applications
      • Maintain an overall understanding of industry landscape to ensure that we are deploying best-practice solutions

      EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Minimum of 5 -10 years working either in a biopharmaceutical company or a consulting organization with focus on the life sciences sector.
      • Minimum 3 to 5 years working in a business analyst role supporting the Market Access business function required
      • Experience creating and maintaining user and functional requirements documents is required
      • Experience creating and maintaining business process flow diagrams (MS Visio) is required
      • Experience with Model N, Veeva CRM, Salesforce CRM, data warehousing and Tableau is preferred.
      • Experience as a change management practitioner preferred
      • Ability to lead small to medium size projects preferred
      • Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders required
      • Understanding of the industry landscape and global regulatory requirements (e.g. GxP, HIPAA. GDPR, etc..).
