      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a strategy to grow the employer's independent agent channel nationally
      - Lead and coach Regional Sales Executives in recruiting, onboarding, and managing independent agents
      - Drive new agent growth, activation rates, and production per active agent
      - Establish performance expectations and sales targets for the brokerage team
      - Monitor sales results and revenue forecasts to ensure goals are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of sales leadership experience in brokerage, field distribution, or independent agent management
      - Proven experience in recruiting and growing a 1099 or independent agent channel
      - Experience leading regional or field-based sales teams
      - Familiarity with regulated insurance distribution environments
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with regulated insurance distribution environments in the Medicare Advantage space
      - Advanced degree
