What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure requirements align with stakeholder needs
- Maintain constant communication throughout the agile feature development process
- Prioritize and delegate high-volume work effectively across the team
- Escalate issues appropriately to meet deadlines and resolve challenges
- Lead a specialized team focused on data analysis, management, and governance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- In-depth knowledge of the employer's data governance processes
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MarketPoint
- At least 2 years of leadership experience with direct reports
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in data management or data modeling for report development
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Snowflake Cloud solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Data Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- SNOWPRO certification
