      Join Kite Pharma as Associate Director, Commercial – Digital Health Product Lead

      We are seeking a highly motivated digital product leader to join Kite Pharma, a Gilead company, at our global headquarters in Santa Monica, CA, or Foster City, CA. This role involves leading the Kite Konnect platform, Kite's proprietary commercial cell therapy management system, deployed across multiple markets worldwide.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead the global strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Kite Konnect digital ecosystem.
      • Engage with business units to align product strategies with local needs and gather feedback.
      • Develop business cases and prioritize initiatives to maximize ROI.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product delivery and enhancements.
      • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development.
      • Manage change, promote adoption, and oversee operational performance.
      • Monitor KPIs and report on product success and user engagement.
      • Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years or Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; Ph.D. is also acceptable with relevant experience.
      • Experience in life sciences, digital technology, and commercial operations.
      • Knowledge of healthcare environment, business analysis, and digital product management.
      • Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Veeva, SAP, Oracle, AWS preferred.
      • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

      Additional Information:

      • Salary range: $165,495 - $214,170, plus bonus, stock incentives, and benefits.
      • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
