What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Shape and execute a thought-leadership program aligned with diagnostic genomics and healthcare priorities
- Craft op-eds, bylines, and strategic content that advance the company’s mission and credibility
- Identify and secure speaking and visibility opportunities across various healthcare platforms
- Collaborate with medical affairs, clinical leadership, and advocacy teams to source insights and stories
- Track success metrics and refine communication strategies to enhance reach and influence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5–7+ years of experience in communications, ideally within the healthcare sector
- Demonstrated excellence in long-form executive and mission-driven storytelling
- Strong ability to simplify complex science and healthcare policy
- Proven track record of engaging with clinical, policy, or scientific stakeholders
- Experience working with journalists and successfully building relationships
