      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the visual evolution of brands by overseeing art direction for pitches and flagship projects
      - Mentor a team of junior to mid-level Art Directors and Designers, providing craft-based feedback
      - Manage the visual narrative across multi-channel campaigns, ensuring a cohesive look and feel
      - Oversee production aspects, including selecting photographers and directors, and finalizing creative outputs
      - Present design concepts and art direction to clients, explaining the strategic rationale behind visual choices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in art direction or design within a creative agency or related field
      - Mastery of art direction, layout, typography, and integrated visual storytelling
      - Experience leading small teams or overseeing the work of freelancers and junior creatives
      - Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma and motion design tools
      - Ability to present high-level visual concepts to C-suite clients, linking design to business results
