What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and guide effective ERP system utilization
- Design and implement solutions leveraging S/4HANA to enhance Source to Pay processes
- Support the creation of innovative solutions aligned with digital and business strategies
- Document common solutions, including configuration documents and process flows
- Mentor less experienced team members in Source to Pay business processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP and a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of Source to Pay business processes, including procurement and accounts payable
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems, including configuration and data management
- Ability to travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on large, complex Aerospace and Defense enterprise projects
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development
- Proven ability to work in regulated, large organizations
