What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess field medical training needs and develop tailored learning solutions in partnership with regional medical teams
- Ensure content accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Leverage digital technologies, including AI, to create innovative learning solutions
- Manage the content review process and coordinate training program logistics
- Develop and track training compliance metrics and oversee project-specific budgets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a biological science or related field (PharmD, PhD, MD, Nurse Practitioner, MSN)
- Minimum of 7 years of field medical experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Extensive expertise in field medical capabilities and therapy areas
- Proven experience in training development and delivery across various modalities
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in medical training
