What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Project Managers to enhance project performance and ensure quality financial decisions
- Provide objective financial advice and challenge financial plans to identify efficiencies
- Investigate high-risk financial issues on projects and propose actionable solutions
- Manage a large team of senior direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Work closely with the commercial team to deliver business insights and support financial planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Chartered Accountant or CPA qualified
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle and Power BI
- Proven experience in financial management and advisory roles
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing senior teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project management consultancy or related industries
- Familiarity with carbon management and sustainability practices in project delivery
- Background in financial budgeting and forecasting processes
