      Job Title: Associate Director, Global Oncology - Breast

      Location: Cambridge (UK) / Gaithersburg (US) / Mississauga (CA)

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Global Breast Cancer Franchise as the Global Marketing Associate Director. You will be reporting to the Global Commercial Head and working closely with the Integrated Business Team (IBT) to drive aligned strategy and execution in partnership with global cross-functional partners and Regions.

      Accountabilities:

      As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for driving brand strategy implementation, tactical planning & budgeting, and detailed execution of global marketing deliverables through the IBT. You will lead launch readiness with Regions, including market shaping, scenario planning and delivery of key initiatives in time for launch. You will also partner with Regions to understand performance drivers/barriers and evolve plans to improve the business. Your role will also involve supporting ongoing insights development and engagement with experts, community HCPs and patient groups.

      Essential Skills/Experience:

      - Strong marketing and sales background in a large/mid-sized pharmaceutical market

      - Validated experience and knowledge of a broad base of external customers including patients, prescribers, payers, providers

      - Proven use of insights to deliver effective marketing strategies

      - Effective cross-functional project leadership and influencing skills

      - Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities with a high degree of autonomy

      - Bachelor's degree, preferably in scientific or business discipline

      - 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry and at least 3 years’ experience in oncology/immuno-oncology marketing and/or strategy function

      Desirable Skills/Experience:

      - Ability thriving in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial mindset

      - Strong clinical acumen and scientific mindset

      - Strong sense of urgency and ability to generate exceptional results

      - Global marketing /commercial development experience

      - Experience working in the Breast Cancer market space
