      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate strategic PV quality planning and quality cycle process
      - Lead the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive PV training program
      - Represent PV in audits and inspections
      - Monitor Sarepta and vendor PV compliance with applicable plans, SOPs, regulations, and guidelines
      - Collaborate with other functional areas to establish and improve Sarepta PV processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in Biological Sciences, Nursing, or Healthcare Administration
      - Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience in PV Quality Management
      - Strong systems-thinking, strategic planning, and quality management skills
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Experience with MS Visio

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Global experience in pharmacovigilance processes
      - Knowledge of global regulations for safety and pharmacovigilance
      - Ability to build relationships and influence across disciplines and all levels
      - CAPA, project, document, and training management skills
