What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Calculate, validate, and report accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual government pricing
- Ensure compliance with pricing and reporting requirements legislated by various government agencies
- Perform necessary processes for compliant submissions including G/L reconciliations and eligibility reviews
- Review calculations with senior management and execute required standard operating procedures before communication
- Investigate government pricing trends and provide inputs to the Gross to Net (GTN) team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of prior experience in Government Pricing or a related field such as finance or accounting
- Strong understanding of current government pricing rules, regulations, and calculations
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and offer solutions
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey information across all organizational levels
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Medicare/Medicaid pricing analysis
- Familiarity with Fair Market Value methodology
- Proven track record of successful project management in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and adapt to rapidly changing environments
