      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead day-to-day engagement delivery on projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution
      - Manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders concurrently while driving closure on decisions
      - Own project economics, proactively identifying and escalating delivery risks
      - Develop standardized and custom client deliverables, ensuring rigorous quality control
      - Mentor and manage staff, providing feedback and guidance for career development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or related discipline
      - 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in managed care, contracting, or related fields
      - Strong understanding of commercial and government payment methodologies and claims adjudication
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and lead teams through ambiguity
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Direct or supporting negotiation experience in managed care or contracting
      - Familiarity with regulatory changes impacting Managed Care
      - Experience estimating project budgets and timelines, and developing project approaches
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with client executives
      - Ability to train and participate in the professional development of staff
