What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects of varying sizes and serve as a key client contact
- Plan, budget, and execute project deliverables effectively
- Lead and mentor staff, ensuring balanced project delegation and supervision
- Develop solutions and create client deliverables, including complex documentation
- Drive business development through client relationship management and proposal creation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in consulting or advisory roles focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
- A degree in business analytics or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a consulting firm with a focus on sales and delivery solutions
- Demonstrated ability to maintain collaborative relationships with client executives
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain, or Clinical Transformation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience in training and developing staff in project management and technical skills
