Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Management and Strategy Analyst, Financial Analyst, Associate, or related occupation.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement (if applicable)
• The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance or a related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as a Management and Strategy Analyst, Financial Analyst, Associate, or related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Performing data analysis of financial or client data
• Utilizing analysis techniques including cash flow analysis, comparable company or product analysis, and business-segment analysis
• Analyzing corporate financial statements and balance sheets
• Participating in due diligence sessions
• Financial Analysis
• Topic areas including M&A, Leveraged Finance, and ECM
• Employer will accept a 3-or 4-year degree
