      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage all disaster recovery compliance efforts, including data management and regulatory reporting
      - Oversee internal and external audit response activities to ensure readiness for regulatory audits
      - Conduct annual disaster recovery audits of SaaS providers and manage vendor due diligence
      - Partner with Business Continuity leaders to enhance business capability mapping and dependency analysis
      - Administer and develop the ServiceNow Disaster Recovery module to align with program goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
      - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, business continuity, or disaster recovery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
      - Strong passion for contributing to a team focused on transforming disaster recovery practices
      - Ability to lead effectively under pressure and a strategic thinker with collaborative problem-solving skills
      - Strong relational and communication skills to influence and partner with associates and executives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., DRII, CBCP, or similar)
      - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certifications
