      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and collaborate with a team of animators and graphic artists on motion-related creative assets
      - Supervise video content production for various digital platforms
      - Provide critiques and constructive feedback to enhance the work of the motion team
      - Maintain ownership of projects, ensuring quality assurance throughout each phase
      - Partner with Project Managers on resourcing, budgets, and timelines for diverse projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience as a visual effects and motion graphics artist in an agency environment
      - 5+ years of experience in a senior role within an agency
      - 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring junior team members
      - Exceptional knowledge of 2D animation, primarily with Adobe After Effects
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Frame.io and digital asset management (DAM) systems
      - Familiarity with project management tools and performance marketing agencies
      - Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Maya
