What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather business and functional requirements to support project initiatives
- Develop comprehensive requirements documents, including functional modeling and user stories
- Maintain and enhance existing frameworks and accelerators for project efficiency
- Lead business and technical analysis sessions to align with client needs and project goals
- Act as a liaison between technology teams and business units, facilitating communication and project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 13 years of experience, with at least 8 years in the Energy & Utilities sector
- Proven experience in pre-sales, bid management, or pursuit support within consulting or IT services
- Strong consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Familiarity with SDLC, delivery models, and enterprise systems such as SAP IS-U and Oracle Utilities
- Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint, with a high attention to detail in documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crafting engaging content for proposals and presentations
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project delivery methods
- Background in working with globally distributed teams and international clients
- Expertise in preparing impact assessments for proposed projects
