      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct 12-16 weeks of recruitment activities, including high school presentations and college fairs in the Greater Seattle area
      - Maintain proactive communication with prospective students and families via various channels
      - Review applications and participate in the Admissions Committee for candidate selection
      - Oversee major recruitment projects and represent the Office of Admission in key meetings
      - Center diversity, equity, inclusion, and antiracism in recruitment efforts and engage in professional development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - 5+ years of experience in admission or enrollment management in higher education or relevant experience from other sectors
      - 2+ years of experience working with high school students in the Greater Seattle area
      - Valid driver’s license and specific driving experience criteria
      - Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduate degree in a relevant field for higher education administration
      - Experience with the Technolutions Slate CRM
