What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a defined business development strategy to drive growth
- Build and manage a robust business development pipeline for local and large markets
- Convert identified prospects into clients and ensure smooth transitions to Account Management Teams
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives while representing the team at industry conferences
- Lead responses to tenders and create quality presentations in collaboration with relevant experts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in similar roles
- Extensive experience in senior positions, particularly in captive insurance management
- Proven background in Captive Management and/or other insurance sectors, with business development experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to lead projects and motivate teams effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Insurance designations such as CPCU, Are, ARM, ACI, etc.
- Experience in managing client relationships within the captive insurance sector
- Demonstrated creativity and resilience in strategic execution
