What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Incorporate a PRO strategy into clinical development, regulatory, and market access strategies
- Lead outcomes research strategies to support the value proposition of products
- Stay current on trends and best practices in health outcomes research
- Communicate Patient-Centered Outcomes Research findings to various communities
- Support execution of other initiatives and research deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- MSc. or PhD in health outcomes research, health economics, epidemiology, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in health outcomes research within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical skills in statistical methods for outcomes research
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
