      What is the opportunity?

      In this role, you will support the Director in overall delivery of streamlined, proactive, rigorous reporting and analysis of Change the Bank portfolio of initiatives. You will partner with a variety of internal stakeholders to improve reporting on the project portfolio – where we spend, why, benefit and risk profiles.

      What will you do?

      • Provide a variety of routine, and ad-hoc, management reporting to the Board, Senior Leadership and others on the project portfolio and performance.

      • Ensure accuracy of forecasts and reporting

      • Participate in the annual planning exercise for RBC IS initiatives.

      • Collaborate with Finance to lead and execute deep dive analysis and enable review of cost base across various areas of portfolio, program, and project management.

      • Support Finance reviews by providing in‐depth analysis and assessment of project and initiative status and success.

      • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to get things done.

      • Review and assist in the business case and PAR funding approval process.

      • Develop datadriven, financial models and reports for executive decisionmakers to determine how project budgets are allocated among various teams and stakeholders to optimize the return on investment

      • Work closely with the T&O stakeholders to ensure alignment.

      • Build strong stakeholder relationships in order to reach target outcomes.

      • Leads oversight of special projects while driving execution excellence.

      • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive expedited delivery of projects.

      • Help promote a culture of integrity by promoting open, honest, and transparent dealing in the day-to-day management and execution of projects, working with the Director, Projects to act as an escalation point, as appropriate.

      What do you need to succeed?

      Must-have

      • Undergraduate degree (BBA, PEng, etc)

      • CPA or MBA designation

      • Financial analysis and reporting background

      • Excellent communication skills, both oral & written, with good interpersonal skills in order to establish relationships across all levels of the enterprise.

      • Strong experience building executive level presentations and communications.

      • 5+ years’ relevant industry experience

      • Strong knowledge of securities industry and market, with business acumen

      • Strong MS Office skills ( Excel/PPT) etc.

      Nice-to-have

      • Ability to co-lead teams with expert knowledge of program and project plan development and management, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting
