What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead comprehensive diligence efforts for clients, focusing on innovative data solutions for performance analytics and insights
- Provide strategic counsel to corporate and private equity leaders, facilitating direct communication with key decision-makers
- Conduct data extraction, transformation, modeling, and visualization to drive decision-making and generate insights
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships while guiding them through their analytics journey and aligning with their strategic vision
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence for transaction services and data analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a similar discipline
- Extensive skills in data processing tools (e.g., Alteryx, PowerQuery, SQL, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills to derive meaningful insights from data
- Experience in business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs, along with transactions experience focusing on quality of earnings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CA / CIMA / CFA / MBA preferred
- Certification in Databricks / Snowflake / Alteryx / PowerBI / Tableau preferred
- Passion for consulting with experience in a fast-paced mergers and acquisitions environment
- Demonstrated ability to explore and adopt AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
- Experience mentoring junior team members and assisting project teams with complex issues
