- Support China program & project management work for innovative drugs & devices in the Immunology portfolio, ensuring a well-balanced value driven pipeline, conduct capturing of accurate project data and maintain the data pool, lead data analytic driven program & project prioritization and support active risk management of projects.
- Support TA (Therapeutic Area) resource planning, provide active resourcing allocation management in collaboration with core team.
- Lead program resource allocation management for assigned Therapeutic Areas.
- Support key Development initiatives & working groups to improve process excellence and work efficiency, support leadership team by enhancing overall performance agility of the China team.
- Partner with China Clinical Operations & Quality teams to support development quality adherence & quality compliance of programs and projects.
- Support initiatives to develop a high performing PPM team in China.
- Support and contribute to project management related initiatives for clinical success with cross functional teams.
- Identify cross project/cross function issues related to program & project management activities/operating models/processes and contribute to the solution.
- Team & Talent development
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
- Conduct team resource allocation in support of function head.
- Potential team leader responsibilities.
- Bachelor with 12 years+, Master with 10 years+, Ph. D with 6 years+ R&D Project/Program management experience with major multinational companies.
- Familiar with overall pharmaceutical product development process and matrixed cross functional collaboration is preferred; Global working experience is a plus.
- Strong background in Program & Project management for Pharmaceuticals.
- In-depth understanding of innovative pharmaceutical development processes, Immunology Therapeutic Area experience preferred.
- Good understanding of clinical development and regulatory process for new products & devices in China with good GMP/GCP knowledge.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office suite tools is highly desirable. Good understanding of Project Management Software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong team leadership skills and sense of ownership.
