      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead regulatory activities for new product development, labeling changes, and promotional requests
      - Prepare and submit applications to Health Canada and FDA for product approvals and clearances
      - Develop compliance programs for all relevant regulations in the medical device industry
      - Coordinate interactions between external consultants and internal teams to ensure project completion
      - Monitor and communicate changes in regulatory environments to internal stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or science; Master’s degree preferred
      - At least ten years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the medical device industry
      - Knowledge of U.S., Canadian, and international medical device regulations
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
