      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and develop sales incentive programs that support organizational objectives of attracting and retaining key talent
      - Create sales incentive designs aligned with company goals
      - Collaborate with Senior Sales Management and Compensation professionals to develop innovative solutions
      - Anticipate customer needs and proactively create solutions to meet them
      - Serve as a key resource on complex issues and lead functional or segment teams/projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience working in a large organization
      - Background in healthcare or sales compensation
      - Proficiency with Excel
      - Proven solid analytical ability
      - Comfortable presenting to Senior Executives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Significant experience in sales incentive design
      - Consulting experience
      - SQL experience
      - Background in human resources
