      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through routine communication
      - Convert client requirements into operational work requests and monitor progress
      - Prepare client data for intake and assist in troubleshooting client issues
      - Manage review platform-specific tasks including database management and reporting
      - Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney experience in a law firm, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service provider
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
      - Hands-on experience with Relativity
      - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI is highly desirable
      - Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on client relationships
