What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment goals
- Provide excellent customer service to current and potential students
- Maintain expert product knowledge of MedCerts educational courses and programs
- Engage in three or more hours of student talk time per day, or make 75+ outbound calls if not met
- Utilize Salesforce to manage and document interactions with prospective students
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or admissions
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Inside phone sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in a high-volume environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with technology applications used within the organization, including Google Suite and Internet & Search
- Strong professional communication skills
