      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment goals
      - Provide excellent customer service to all current and potential students
      - Maintain expert knowledge of all MedCerts educational courses and programs
      - Conduct three or more hours of student talk time per day, or make 75+ outbound calls if not met
      - Utilize Salesforce to manage a successful pipeline of prospective students and maintain complete records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or admissions
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
      - Inside phone sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in a high-volume environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the education sector or knowledge of career training programs
      - Familiarity with financial aid options such as MyCAA and WIOA
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      - Adaptability to new technology and learning tools
