      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support ongoing energy and water resilience efforts, translating processes and lessons learned into actionable frameworks and projects
      - Research alternative energy procurement opportunities and emerging technologies for onsite generation
      - Compile and analyze data on electricity and water usage to achieve enterprise-wide goals
      - Develop policies and strategies to improve installation energy resilience and meet federal energy and water targets
      - Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with senior Air Force leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, public policy, management, or a related discipline with 3-10 years of relevant experience; Master's Degree preferred
      - Proven experience in federal installation, environmental, and energy issues
      - Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to act as a liaison between organizations
      - Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
      - Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Common Access Card (CAC)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Defense appropriations and authorization committees or government consulting
      - Knowledge of Air Force task management procedures and systems
      - Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills
