      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the implementation and configuration of CCaaS and hybrid contact center solutions
      - Support the development of AI-enabled customer experiences using various tools
      - Help integrate contact center platforms with CRM, analytics, and workforce systems
      - Participate in requirements gathering sessions to translate business needs into technical solutions
      - Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional, internship, or military experience
      - Basic understanding of contact center concepts (voice, chat, IVR, omnichannel)
      - Exposure to at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
      - Familiarity with basic programming or scripting concepts (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
      - Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Internship, lab, or academic project experience with CCaaS, VoIP, or cloud platforms
      - Exposure to conversational AI, chatbots, or automation tools
      - Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
      - Interest in AI, customer experience technology, or cloud engineering
      - AWS, Cisco, Google, or Microsoft foundational certifications (or active pursuit)
