      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver course content and assessments using the employer’s current materials while engaging students in meaningful learning experiences
      - Maintain an engaged classroom presence, promptly responding to student inquiries and creating a supportive learning environment
      - Perform additional duties such as coaching, tutoring, and overseeing student clinical/practicum experiences
      - Attend faculty meetings and university events to stay informed about course updates and instructional standards
      - Maintain current professional knowledge in the content area through various means, including conferences and professional organizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field with 18 graduate semester credits in relevant areas
      - Minimum of 3 years of applicable professional experience
      - Degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
      - Experience applying psychological principles in an industrial or organizational setting or in post-secondary teaching
      - Familiarity with adult education teaching and learning theory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - High level of problem-solving and decision-making ability
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse groups
      - Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
      - Experience in practitioner counseling or documented research in counseling within the last 5 years
