      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ideate, create, promote, and monitor workstreams for patient and medical safety across the global portfolio
      - Provide safety and risk input on complex issues and effective education regarding safety and efficacy
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest patient safety standards are achieved
      - Deliver proactive and reactive communication on product safety to internal and external stakeholders
      - Support the development and enhancement of relationships with key opinion leaders and external experts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent international medical degree required, preferably in Anesthesiology, Critical Care, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, or other acute medical specialty
      - Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare environment required
      - Previous experience in a leadership position managing and developing teams required
      - Strong understanding of medical device market needs and current offerings
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Regulatory experience preferred
      - Clinical and Medical Affairs experience preferred
      - Experience in literature identification and analysis
      - Demonstrated ability to conduct business ethically and build relationships with internal and external customers
      - Ability to work successfully in a home office environment
