What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet territory sales quotas and manage CRM pipeline for ICU Medical Infusion Therapy and related products
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer meetings, communicating effectively with hospital clinicians
- Analyze competing products and position ICU Medical's offerings strategically in the market
- Support field sales with customer communications regarding contracts, pricing, and backorders
- Participate in special projects and travel outside of territory for education and implementation support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
- Active compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in presentation and organization
- Computer literate with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles within the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of medical device sales and hospital operations
- Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
