      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in executing basic identity lifecycle management processes, including onboarding and offboarding tasks
      - Help process routine identity-related service requests
      - Learn and support basic automation workflows
      - Assist with routine access reviews under supervision
      - Handle basic technical support tickets for identity management issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 or more years of experience in IT, preferably with some exposure to identity and access management
      - Basic understanding of IT security concepts
      - Strong attention to detail
      - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
      - Familiarity with common office software and tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Internship experience in IT or security operations
      - Basic knowledge of IAM concepts
      - Basic knowledge of healthcare or clinical access
      - Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory)
      - Basic scripting or automation knowledge
