      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain continuous communication with assigned clients to provide information, creative solutions, and issue resolution
      - Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and risk management needs related to the warranty sector
      - Manage day-to-day service needs by coordinating with underwriting and administrative partners, preparing summaries, and documenting deliverables
      - Execute Market Submissions and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for client warranty solutions
      - Establish and cultivate relationships with carriers, administrators, and marketing firms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS Degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of professional warranty industry experience, focusing on credit card and travel benefits
      - Strong problem-solving and communication skills
      - Solid solution design, servicing, and analytical skills
      - Deep knowledge of warranty risk issues and relevant solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to work independently towards practice goals
      - Understanding of underwriting needs within the warranty industry
      - Working knowledge of compliance and regulation landscape for warranty programs in the U.S.
      - Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
      - Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
