Position Details: The Associate Inside Dealer Care’s primary focus is to enhance the Dealer experience by focusing on resolving complex cross-functional Dealer issues escalated through the Field Sales channel, processing custom program requests for Hyundai dealers and Genesis distributors and recommending improvements to policies/procedures/processes/programs based on regular review of escalated issues. The Associate also provides basic Dealer support pertaining to Hyundai Capital Canada’s (HCCA) dealer-facing digital tools (Dealer Portal) and performs assigned sales-related administrative tasks. The successful candidate will report to the Dir. Head of Field Sales East/Atlantic and will be based out of HCCA’s corporate headquarters in Toronto.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive, investigate, resolve (working cross-departmentally) and respond to cross-functional Dealer issues/problems escalated by the Field Sales team via Phone, Email or Salesforce Case
• Process custom programs by creating them in Dealertrack and ensuring they ate accurate
• Provide basic Dealer support for dealer facing HCCA digital tools (password resets, user additions/deletions, basic functionality demonstration at request of Field Sales)
• Report on recurring Dealer issues/escalations to Department Leaders and provide recommendations to improve processes/policies/procedures/programs with the goal of enhancing the Dealer experience
• Other sales related administrative activities as assigned by the Director Head of Field Sales East/Atlantic (including Aged Held Offering Follow-Up)
