      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support IP and material deposit requests by processing inquiries and communicating accurate information to stakeholders
      - Conduct legal and investigative searches related to intellectual property and contractual rights
      - Maintain accurate records and manage data across multiple databases, generating reports as needed
      - Ensure contract terms align with organizational goals and support compliance monitoring
      - Assist in enforcement investigations and assess licensee compliance through analytical and investigative skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience researching biological and/or intellectual property matters or equivalent experience
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently
      - Basic understanding of contracts and legal terminology relevant to IP and licensing, including Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) and patents
      - Experience using databases and information systems to track and report on agreements and licensing activities
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and generating accurate reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with freedom to operate assessments and enforcement of rights
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with digital tools and platforms
