What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership of escalated donor calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Provide guidance to inbound and outbound agents on procedures and donor-related inquiries
- Authorize policy exceptions to enhance donor satisfaction and uphold brand integrity
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance the donor experience
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and mentor call center staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
- Ability to understand and follow complex instructions
